Author: Dr. Kyle – Westlake Village Chiropractor – 818.597.0000 Day 1: Overview and Planning Hi everyone! My name is Dr. Kyle Knox and I am a sports chiropractor in Westlake Village, CA.  I have been needing a kickstart to what I call making the shift and thought sharing my personal journey through the next 90 days would not only keep me accountable, but maybe help someone like you gain some knowledge on how to do so.  There are a lot of gimmicks out there looking to take your money.  This will be free advice number one and there is no miracle pill.  This only happens with hard work and dedication to the Shift.  So why is this so important to me and maybe to you? The picture to the right is recent with my new 4 month old baby Jaxon.  Here is my WHY to making the shift. I want to be around for my children for many years to come health wise and I would love to feel good about my body again.  Granted I am not looking to lose 60 pounds or have a serious health condition to overcome, but I do have a full time business to run and have 3 little ones who deserve attention.  If you are dealing with serious weight loss or have a health condition, please consult with your primary doctor before following some of my journeys recommendations. Keys to Success: 1) The Why – To the right 2) Accountability – Every part of this journey has me accountable to someone or some group like yourself.  Just like a good sponsor during alcohol...
